Just started using this. Quite tough at the highest level(I didn’t try the lower levels) but great variety of full body exercises. The animations are good and the trainer gives you the cadence of each exercise which is useful.

Day one and the app delivered exercises with good cadence and you actually feel you are working out… Let’s see how it goes. Update after a week… Continue to deliver, someone suggested customization exercises, I would suggest to add more exercise levels, otherwise the repetition of the same exercises could lead to boredon or stagnation… Something like beginner wk1, wk2, etc. But great app.

The app that has helped me excercise daily. Inbuilt steps count and water reminders are handy. Pls change help Youtube videos from animations to real people as the animated videos are not realistic.

The app is good everything is fine with the app ,. No bugs even the app helps with proper voice guidance everything at all , i suggest you to add the rest days also in the program of 30days , also to give the option of more programs after completing the 3 levels program of your app ,honestly I believe your 30 day program is the best reason that I am using the app .
